Japanese Voice Actress Naomi Payton is coming to Manila as Special Guest for upcoming Cosplay Carnival 2026 JAM Concert this March 28-29 at SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.

She is a multitalented voice actress, singer, and performer best known for her crystal-bright voice and dynamic performance. A true idol at heart, she became an icon as Sumire Heanna in Love Live! Superstar!!, followed by her successful debut as a musical artist in 2023, until she released her latest song, her 4th single, “Negai Prologue” in 2025.
